It's crazy how fast she's growing!  How fast all our children are growing!!  Here's what "eight" looks like for our girl...  yikes.

Every girl needs her girlfriends. I'm so happy I took the time to capture my daughter with one of her "BFF's". These shots and these days will be treasured.

wine and photography

This is a good combination, I'm thinking!  Montoliva is a local winery (I shot the owners wedding photos when I first got started in my photography business.)  I was recently asked to come and shoot at a wine tasting for them.  I had a great time and learned a lot about shooting in this type of situation.  And a bonus is that they have really great Italian style wines :)  Fingers are crossed that we can do a trade again sometime in the future!!

I had the opportunity to go to a local salon to shoot some fantastic fun!  Fun people, fun hairstyles and headpieces!!  Just the dose of artistic creativity that I needed in this dreary January. 

Will work for shampoo ;)  (and conditioner!)
