stand by me

The tracks remind me of 'Stand By Me'. This was a fun shoot with a mom and her kids... I love the image above with the three balancing on the track. We were able to cover a lot of ground in Auburn - the advantage of a photo shoot with older kids.

Senior portrait photo shoot in Auburn... funny, I haven't done much right here in my own backyard.  It was fun to explore and I had great company with Miss Kelsey!

It's crazy how fast she's growing!  How fast all our children are growing!!  Here's what "eight" looks like for our girl...  yikes.

Every girl needs her girlfriends. I'm so happy I took the time to capture my daughter with one of her "BFF's". These shots and these days will be treasured.

wine and photography

This is a good combination, I'm thinking!  Montoliva is a local winery (I shot the owners wedding photos when I first got started in my photography business.)  I was recently asked to come and shoot at a wine tasting for them.  I had a great time and learned a lot about shooting in this type of situation.  And a bonus is that they have really great Italian style wines :)  Fingers are crossed that we can do a trade again sometime in the future!!
